Chapter 32 - Veterans Educational Assistance Program (VEAP)
VEAP is for veterans who entered service for the first time between January 1, 1977, and June 30, 1985 AND who voluntarily contributed money to the program while on active duty. Benefit entitlement varies depending on the number of monthly contributions.
