Summer Institute

The Invitational Summer Institute is the gateway program for participation in Live Oak Writing Project. Fellows are selected through application and interview.  They spend the month of June together, reading and researching, sharing best practices, writing and sharing, and growing professionally as teachers of writing.  After their training, fellows become Teacher Consultants with Live Oak Writing Project and participate fully in the work of the site.

For more information about this program, contact Amy Everhart, 2013 Co-Director of Invitational Summer Institute at amy.k.everhart@gmail.com or Amanda Conde at ivyclimber@gmail.com.
