Internal Print Costs

When the Office of University Communications - Gulf Coast provides design work for small, in-house publications like flyers, posters, or small invitations, we offer to print these pieces in our department at the cost of the materials required to produce them. Below is pricing based on various paper stocks and toner cartridges. [Prices are subject to change. Please check with University Communications before ordering.]

POSTERS (quantity of 10 or less, a maximum size of 13" x 19", includes 11" x 17", printed on large format ink jet printer) $3.50 per poster
FLYERS (8.5" x 11" [letter-sized] on plain white offset paper) These are standing prices for 2012. Prices on small quantities up to 20 flyers. More than 20 must be printed professionally. 
        Black-on-white laser copies $.25 per page
        4-color laser copies $.50 per page
FLYERS (8.5" x 11" [letter-sized] on 100# Gloss Text, 4-color) professionally printed and bulk priced, these are standing prices for 2013.
