Student Organization Registration Form
This form will assist the Department of Student Services with the most up to date information regarding your student organization.
- Complete the Student Organization Registration Form each fall semester and/or when new leadership is elected for the student organization.
Activity Request Forms for Student Organizations
These online forms need to be completed when student organizations need a meeting space, plan a tabling event (bake sale or information table) and host on-campus events.
Promotion for Student Organization Events
- Student organization flyers for meetings, tabling activities and/or large events must be approved by the Department of Student Services.
