WOW! and The Technology Learning Center (TLC) have joined forces to provide faculty, staff and students an opportunity to be fit!!

The WOW! Fitness Center located in the Barber Building Is a free service and open from 6 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. on Monday through Thursday and 6 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Friday for faculty, staff and students.

You are required to complete the Client’s Responsibility, Consent/Release, and Liability Form on your first visit, then just sign-in at each subsequent visit at the desk.

The fitness center is equipped with:

• six cardio machines
• two strength-building systems
• other exercise accessories (i.e., medicine and exercise balls, free weights and more)
• a large room for group aerobic activities

Come check us out! We are located on the west side of the tennis courts, in the south side of the Barber Building.
