Nutrition Alumni Group
The Nutrition Alumni Group is a connection for graduates of the Department of Nutrition and Food Systems to the Univesity. This alumni group focuses on uniting nutrition professionals through fun and beneficial events, as well as supporting the department with advising, internship assistance, and financial support.

How to Join
If you identify as part of the Nutrition Alumni Group, we ask that you demonstrate your active membership with a gift of at least $25 to the Department of Nutrition and Food Systems Development Fund. This fund provides the much-needed resources necessary for the Department to maintain our margin of excellence.
In addition, membership in the Southern Miss Alumni Association is strongly encouraged in order to foster the best alumni support possible.
Gifts may be sent directly to the USM Foundation, Box 5210, Hattiesburg, MS 39406. Please make your check out to the USM Foundation and indicate “Nutrition and Food Systems Development Fund” on your check.
If you wish to give online, you may do so via the USM Foundation’s secure website at http://www.usmfoundation.com/health. If you give online, please select "Nutrition and Food Systems" in the designation pulldown menu.
