Howard Fromkin
Howard Fromkin serves as the Assistant to the Dean for Contracts and Grants. Howard serves as the dean’s source of information on contracts and subcontracts; works with College of Health faculty to develop grant proposal budgets; communicates with funding agency staff and Sponsored Programs Administration staff; and assists in the completion of required grant application forms and financial reports.
He works collaboratively with the Associate Dean for Research and the Director of Research Support to facilitate the College’s efforts to increase external funding.
