Trent Johnson is a senior, exercise science major in the School of Human Performance and Recreation from Concord, North Carolina. This is his second year serving as an Ambassador for the College of Health and is thrilled to once again help out students learn more about his major and the career opportunities available.
Trent remains very active on the Southern Miss campus as he is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., serves as the President for the National Pan-Hellenic Council, and a member of the Exercise Physiology Club. When not busy, Trent loves to travel, play sports, and spend time with family and friends. He volunteers at the Osceola McCarty Youth Development Center and with his fraternity’s youth auxiliary group.
Upon graduation from Southern Miss, Trent plans to attend medical school to become an orthopedic surgeon for a sports team and to open up a medical facility with his sister. Trent believes that serving as an Ambassador is an honor and will assist him with his overall passion of helping others in need!
