Tobacco

Many people want to quit using tobacco but need help doing so. The good news is we can help! Student Health Services' pharmacy can provide you with FREE nicotine replacement products to students who enroll in The Partnership for a Healthy MS Tobacco Quitline Program. For more information or to begin the program stop by our pharmacy located inside Student Health Services or visit The Quit Page.

Our campus has a Partnership for a Healthy MS On Campus Coalition that works to inform and educate Southern Miss students about tobacco use and other health decisions. Click here to learn more about on campus coalitions.
The Southern Miss On Campus Coalition is open to anyone who is interested in encouraging their peers to make healthier decisions. To join or for information on tobacco prevention programming or presentations, contact Student Activities at (601) 266-4403.

Visit tobaccofreeU to get the facts on tobacco, calculate how much you spend on cigarettes, and to learn about secondhand smoke.
