Services
All students registered for credit classes at The University
of Southern Mississippi are eligible to use the Student Health
Services. Spouses of eligible students, who are not students
themselves, and dependent children above the age of 12 may receive
health care at Student Health Services on a fee-for-service basis. Students must present their student ID at time of service. Services are
available for university faculty and staff on a fee-for-service
basis.
As an eligible student, you receive
• unlimited consultations with our health care
providers, within our scope of services for a copay of $5.
• discounted charges for laboratory,
X-ray, pharmacy, women's and men’s health exams, physical exams, and psychiatric care.
We are an acute care facility - if there is an emergency please call 911. We
can not come to a dorm, classroom or office to assist someone. |
