Christopher Broadhurst, Ph.D.

Visiting Assistant Professor of Educational Studies and Research

Research Interests

My research focuses on the historical context of higher education during the second half of the twentieth century. I am particularly interested in two student-centered research agendas. The first investigates the development of student cultures, sub-cultures, and countercultures on campus. The second examines student activism and the historical expression of student voice against policies at the campus, state, and federal levels.
