8:30 a.m. -- Shell Finish Line/Alumni Association Homecoming Golf Tournament
The 2012 Homecoming Golf Tournament will take place at the Hattiesburg Country Club. All proceeds from the tournament go toward the Pierce Legacy Scholarship Endowment to provide scholarships for children and grandchildren of alumni. Registration begins at 7 a.m., with the shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. Following the tournament, a lunch catered by Strick's will be served. The cost is $150 per player and includes golf, tee gift, beverages, lunch, two mulligans, entry into the 5/5/5, and the putting contest. 1-5 p.m. -- Dixie Darling Alumni Registration and Practice
Registration for Dixie Darling Homecoming events will take place in the Payne Center on basketball courts 3 and 4. Following registration, Dixie Darlings alumni will practice from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m., also in the Payne Center. 6:30 p.m. -- Southern Miss Alumni Hall of Fame Banquet and Induction Ceremony

7 p.m. -- Dixie Darling Reunion Dinner

7 p.m. -- Friday Night at the Fountain

8 a.m. -- 17th Annual Homecoming Eagle 5K Run
The Exercise Physiology Club proudly presents the 17th annual Homecoming 5K Eagle Run. Check-in is 7 a.m. at the Human Performance & Recreation Building (map) near Eagle Walk. The race begins at 8 a.m. at the Freshman Quad (map). Pre-registration is closed. Race day registration is $20, $15 for ages 13 and younger. Runners with a USM student ID card or members of the Pine Belt Pacers will receive $5 off the entry.
10 a.m. -- Homecoming Parade
The 2012 Homecoming Parade will take place in downtown Hattiesburg (map). The parade will begin at 10 a.m. behind Sacred Heart School. After making a loop through downtown, the parade will end back at the school.
Noon -- Annual Alumni Association Awards Lunch and Business Meeting

1:30 p.m. -- Dixie Darling Scholarship Presentation

2-5 p.m. -- Speech & Hearing Alumni Tailgate

Southbound Crescent at Centennial Green (map). Buy raffle tickets -- $1 each or 10 for $5 -- for the WUSM 50/50 Drawing. The winner will be drawn at the last home football game Nov. 17 and will split the money with WUSM.
3:45 p.m. -- Dixie Darling / Dixie Darling Alumni Group Photo
All current Dixie Darlings will take a group photo in front of the Aubrey K. Lucas Administration Building. Following the picture, the Dixie Darling alumni will join current members for a group photo, also at the Administration Building. 4 p.m. -- Eagle Walk

Marshall visits The Rock. For tickets or more information, contact the ticket office at 800.844.TICK. There will be a 5th Quarter concert by The Pride of Mississippi Marching Band following the game.
