About me: I wanted to become an Ambassador because I want to share with others the positive experiences that I have had during my two years in the Honors College. I want to help future students feel at home in the USM Honors College, and I want to show them all the great aspects that the Honors College has to offer.

The Honors College has greatly benefitted me during my two year of college. The faculty and staff are always there to help and encourage me. My honors classes are my favorite classes because my professors care about helping each student in the class to reach their potential. These classes allow us to interact with one another and our professors instead of normal classes that just lecture.

I plan to graduate from USM with a double major in marketing and accounting. After graduation, I plan to attend graduate school. Honors College has provided me with help when choosing classes, and they have encouraged me to explore my major. I am only in my sophomore year, but I know that over the next two years they will help me with class planning, scholarship opportunities and any other aspects that I need help with. They will also aid me in beginning to write my Honors Thesis next semester.
