About me:  The Honors College has introduced me to friends, coworkers, and professionals that better my time at Southern Miss. The small class sizes have enabled me to learn so much more and has given me a chance to really express myself in the classroom.

My favorite Honors College professor is a tie between Dr. Lares and Dr. Weinauer. As an English major, I was automatically drawn to their classes. These professors have helped enhance my writing and have definitely made me the critical thinker I am today.

After Southern Miss, I hope to continue my studies in grad school and one day become an English professor, hopefully in an Honors College.
