Graduate Assistantships, Fellowships, & Financial Aid Teaching graduate
assistantships are available on a limited basis. Graduate assistantships
are based upon: level of study (Doctoral or Masters), number of returning
students, teaching research experience, programs needs, and special skills
or certification qualifications of the individual. Teaching assistants
will teach approximately six hours a semester including activity classes,
university core curriculum or serving as laboratory assistants in laboratory
science. Graduate assistantships include tuition remission and a monthly
stipend. Work study graduate assistantship are available to those who
qualify for financial aid. If you would like to apply for a graduate assistantship
position within the School of Human Performance & Recreation, please
send a letter indicating the type of position in which you are interested
and a resume to the graduate coordinator:
