There are two primary goals of the project:
To develop or refine teaching strategies based on principles of universal design that will provide administrators, faculty, and disability support staff across IHEs in the state with the information, training and technical assistance necessary to increase their capacity to provide quality postsecondary learning opportunities for students with disabilities.
To provide outreach training and technical assistance regarding universal design to other universities and community colleges to increase the capacity of their administrators, faculty, and disability support staff to provide quality learning opportunities for students with disabilities.
