Accommodations for Postsecondary Students with Visual Impairments
is a training module for administrators, faculty and staff at community colleges and universities. The module identifies barriers, auxiliary aids and accommodations for students with visual impairments. Laws regarding accommodations for students with visual impairments are briefly reviewed. The Adobe Flash module contains graphic animation, text, narration and open captions.

Video Studio v6

This tutorial was created using Camtasia Theater, a product of TechSmith. The module explains and demonstrates the basic steps of video editing using Video Studio v6 software. The tutorial uses an older version of the software however the concepts are the same. The software is available from ULead systems, http://www.ulead.com.

The demonstration includes

  • file setup
  • video capture
  • edit and place video clips in the storyboard
  • add video effects and overlays
  • add titles
  • add audio
  • finalize and export the project as a VCD file - intended for CD distribution
