Video Access to FFCC Web cams

If a parent or staff member desires video access to our on-line webcams, please e-mail Richard.Baker@usm.edu and provide:

1. your name
2. your relationship to the FFCC and
3. your e-mail address.

If you already have a user name and password for video access, click here.

Typical Problems:
A) If you're having trouble with Internet Explorer not allowing something to do with "OCXchecker", download GeoFix.zip to your hard drive.

1. Unzip Geofix.zip into its own directory
2. Run Geofix.exe by double-clicking on it
3. Click on the [Fix Version] button then the [Fix Codec] button.
   

B) Now change the Active-X settings in your Internet Explorer.

1. Enter Internet Explorer
2. [Tools] [Internet Options] [Security] [Custom Level]
3. change all Active X related settings to either ‘Prompt’ or ‘Enable’.
4. [OK] [OK] to get out of the Tools window
5. Exit Internet Explorer
6. Restart Internet Explorer and try access the camera again.
7. It will warn you (again) about downloaded unsigned software. Agree to it and press on.
8. Select (Mpeg4) [Submit]
9. Select (Dialup) [Submit]
10. Press the [Play] button
11. Enter your username and password [OK] and you're in!
12. You will start at camera 1 in the Baby Room.
    Hold your mouse over the buttons for text indicating their use.
