First Stop is a collaborative program between The University of Southern Mississippi Institute for Disability Studies, Keesler Airforce Base, the Naval Construction Battalion, the Air National Guard, the TRICARE Service Center and Gulf South Market Office Case Management, the Mississippi Council on Developmental, Disability Rights Mississippi and Governor's Office (GR #90DN0256).
