Healthy Couples - Healthy Children

The coalition is a group of representatives from community agencies and organizations, who are working with the Institute for Disability Studies to provide input for all project activities, serve as a liaison with agencies and organizations for leveraging services and assist with training. The agencies and organizations include

  • Mississippi Department of Human Services;

  • Aldersgate Mission;

  • Forrest County Health Department;

  • Southeast Mississippi Rural Health;

  • Police Department;

  • Scoutreach;

  • Local churches;

  • Youth Court;

  • PACE Head Start;

  • Domestic Abuse Shelter and

  • Middle Schools and High Schools in Forrest, Hancock and Pearl River counties.
