The mission of the parent training and information center is to educate parents of children with disabilities on the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), as well as inform parents of upcoming events, support groups and more.

The Arc of Mississippi is an organization of volunteers - parents, professionals and others - concerned with the well being of children and adults with developmental disabilities. The Arc of Mississippi is an affiliate of The Arc of the United States. The Arc of Mississippi works with local, grass-root groups throughout the state to address the needs and concerns of our citizens with developmental disabilities.
