Assistance for Teachers Serving Children with Disabilities

If your center is currently serving a child with a disability or if you have questions regarding the law, strategies for implementation of inclusion, adapting the curriculum, developmentally appropriate activities, or any other assistance, please contact Project PREPARE on our toll-free technical assistance hot line at 1.888.671.0051. Supports available will be tailored to meet the needs of individual children and childcare centers.

ECERS-R Evaluations

Early childhood environmental evaluations are available for designated centers. Participant centers will receive classroom materials and on-site technical assistance. Centers must be serving children with special needs in their program. If you are interested in receiving an ECERS-R evaluation, receiving a mini-grant of early childhood materials and on-site assistance and mentoring contact Nicole Briceno at Nicole.Briceno@usm.edu.
