Regional Mini-Conferences: Go to the Training Opportunities page, select two Regional Mini-Conference workshops (one morning and one afternoon session), select the date, fill-in your personal information, then submit using the button at the bottom of the page. Register by mail or fax Select the Printable Form link on the Training Opportunities page, download and print the form. Fill-in the form and submit using the instructions on the form.
