The Playground at TLC

The "adapted playground" on the grounds of TLC allows children with special needs an opportunity to interact in a "user friendly" playground.

Ringing the Bells

 A child is playing on a slide built on the natural slope of the land so climbing is not necessary.

We also have painting and an easel for outside use, so the children can enjoy the magic of art outdoors.

Fragrance Garden

A centerpiece of the playground is a fragrance garden, so children can interact with nature. In the fragrance garden, children can smell the different fragrances, touch and feel the different textures of leaves that are in our environment. These interactive experiences with nature are often not available for children with special needs. Therefore, our garden is designed for all children (even children who can not see) to enjoy what other children experience in their every day lives.

Our friendly staff are available to guide the children through the many exciting elements provided in our outside play area.
