Welcome to the latest issue of IDS Youth Notes, a youth e-newsletter for high school and college age youth with disabilities. IDS Youth Notes continues to include information on education, career and job opportunities, recreational activities, health information and much, much more. 1) Entries Needed for Logo Contest

Are you creative? If so, then the 2008 YIRTC Technical Assistance (TA) Institute Logo Design Contest may be for you! The winning design will be used for Institute materials and placed on the YITRC Web site. The contest winner will receive a free trip (airfare and hotel) to Washington, DC to attend the TA Institute. This year's theme is "Strength in Action:
Leadership for the Next Generation." The winning entry should be able show issues that are important to youth and emerging leaders with disabilities.
The contest is open to youth and young leaders with any disability, ages 13-30.

Each entry must be the original work of the person submitting the artwork and can be done using any medium (pen and ink, crayon, paint, digital,
etc.). Entries must be received by November 21, 2008. You can e-mail or
mail your entry to:
