Coordinator of Interdisciplinary Studies
I have a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in American Studies and Business Technology, which I obtained while working full-time at Southern. Among my interesting work history is a two-year stint of long-haul over the road truck driving, doing cross-country routes. Since then, I have worked on campus in a variety of student services jobs, most recently as ACA in the Student Services Center of the Dean’s Office. In 2011, I became Coordinator of Interdisciplinary Studies. I love working with students to help them accomplish their goals and dreams as I have been able to do while working at USM. As with my background, my interests are varied; I enjoy hunting, gardening, quilting, and my nine grandchildren.
