Support includes application installation, patching, maintenance and monitoring. The University Technology and Data Center supports Windows and Linux environments and, if needed application, Web and database support may also be purchased.
All active university employees are eligible.
To request service
Requests are reported and tracked by entering a Help Desk work order.
Applications are hosted in our Data Center which is controlled and supported 24/7. After hours support as per Service Level Agreement (SLA).
