Custom Configurations

Any configuration outside our Standard Models or Recommended Exceptions will not be supported by iTech.
If you need a computer configured outside of our recommended standard configurations, you will need to obtain a quote and submit it along with a business case to the Procurement Specialist. After reviewing your case, it may be submitted for IT governance approval.

Your business case will need to provide significant reasoning as to why you need to deviate from the standards. A quote of the requested equipment needs to be provided along with an explanation of the differences between the machines.
