Eagle Mail Setup

  • Close the mail client you are currently using (examples of mail clients are Outlook, Entourage, Thunderbird, etc.)
  • Follow the instructions to login to OWA, for the new faculty/staff email, to be sure your account exists. If you are not able to login, please call the iTech Help Desk at 601.266.HELP (4357). Note: Your OWA account will only display email received since you switched to the new faculty/staff email.
  • If you use a mail client, such as Outlook, Entourage, Thunderbird, etc., and wish to continue to use your client as before; please follow the steps below to change your client to begin using the new email system.
