File Services for Departments
Service Description
In The University Technology & Data Center (UTDC), we offer file storage for university departments. This service can be used as a common location to share files with individuals and teams.
Services Offered
Every File Service user must have a CampusID account (Wemplid).
Services not included in this service:
- FTP services
- Application hosting/services
Eligibility
All active university employees are eligible.
To request service
To request file storage space, fill out the File Share Request Form.
To request file storage space increase, fill out the File Share Quota Increase Form.
Availability
Files are available 24/7, except for scheduled maintenance periods.

Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Phone Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
