Need help with technology? iTech has created several avenues by which faculty, staff, and students can receive assistance.

On the Web

Search iTech's collection of “How To’s” to find solutions to a variety of technical problems. If the solution you are looking for is not listed, use the Help Desk Problem Reporting Form to report it.

On the Web Online Help Desk Work Order

The Help Desk Work Order is iTech's one-stop online shop for reporting problems and requesting services. Use this site to report such issues as problems using software or hardware, non-functioning equipment in computer labs, or telephone outages. Also, use this site to request services such as access to the university's administrative systems and changes to your phone.

Over the Phone and in Person IT Help Desk

iTech also offers phone and in-person support to faculty, staff, and students. To speak to a Help Desk representative, call:

You can also visit the Help Desk/Client Relations Office in room 112 of McLemore Hall for in-person help.
