Administrative Systems	If you are a faculty or staff member who needs to access the university's administrative systems, contact your department head or manager.
Course Management System (CMS)	Faculty: visit the Learning Enhancement Center for assistance. Students: visit Southern Miss Online and log in using your Student ID and password to access online courses.
Data or Wireless Connection	Faculty / Staff: follow the Faculty/Staff Wireless Activation instructions for your wireless connection. Students: follow the Student Wireless Activation Instructions.
Mobile Laptop Cart Reservation	Faculty / Staff: to reserve the mobile laptop cart, contact Equipment Services.
Smart Classroom Reservation	Faculty: to reserve a Smart Classroom, visit the Learning Enhancement Center.
Telephone Service	To receive telephone services, such as adding or moving extensions, adding or changing voicemail, or reporting trouble, visit the Telecommunications work order page.
