We have developed a structured methodology that is built on the principles provided by the Project Management Institute (PMI). This methodology includes the use of an integrated suite of project management processes and templates, governance, quality assurance, and, most importantly, leadership. This structure provides a means for applying these principles to help ensure project success and enable Project Managers to develop comprehensive schedules that can be used to determine the progress, impact of issues and risks on project end dates and cost. An integral part of this methodology is scope definition and management consisting of; requirements gathering, systems analysis, process mapping, design and testing. Applying best-practice methods helps to continually improve project success.
