With that end in mind, the iTech Project Management Office oversees all aspects of approved USM IT projects including:
- Consultation with academic and administrative clients
- Gathering requirements
- Planning
- Scheduling
- Construction management
- Testing and verifying quality of completed work.
Project Managers and Business Analysts work with a professional IT project team to deliver quality, timely and cost effective IT solutions.
