Computer Exchange Program

The Computer Exchange Program plans to replace 500 obsolete and non-supported desktops and laptops annually with CEP desktops and laptops to ensure that faculty and staff technology needs are being met and that computers meet current standards.

Computer Standards

Provides review and recommendation of hardware specifications based on current faculty/staff request and usage.

Computer Support

Provides troubleshooting and diagnosis of laptop and desktop issues associated with hardware and software failures.

Stations accessible to individuals with disabilities

Help Desk

Central service desk for requesting technology related assistance or information.

How-To's (Knowledge Base)

The knowledge base will contain assistance with common technical issues, answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and help with computer configuration and setup.
