SOAR/SOARFIN Software Dev
Provides operational support for the university's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, SOAR (Southern's On-line Accessible Records) and SOARFIN (Southern's On-line Accessible Records-Financials for financial administration and reporting).
This includes upgrades, patches, software development, testing, data extraction, data import, maintenance and modification and integration with external applications. Provide application support, database server and Web server support and database and application upgrade/patch support.
Students, faculty, staff, administration, departments, affiliates and others are eligible.
To request service
Development requests are reported and tracked via the SOAR Software Development Request (SDR) process. This is accessible by signing into SOAR and navigating to Home > USM Utilities > USM Software Dev Request > Use > SDR Request.
Normal business hours: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
