Phone Features
Digital Phone Transfer button- To transfer on a digital
set, simply push the transfer button and the number you
wish to transfer, wait to announce the caller and press
the transfer button again to complete the transfer.
Digital Conference Call- You may have up to six people
in a conference including the originator. To add someone
into a conference you press the conference button, dial
the number of the desired attendee and repeat until all
parties are joined.
Digital Call Waiting- Place current call on hold, press
incoming call line to answer new call.

Please read your statement carefully. Billing errors should
be reported immediately to our Billing Department via email
itech-fpo@usm.edu. iTech’s Telecom department assumes that
charges are deemed correct if errors are not reported within
60-days of the date the statement \was generated. NO refunds
or credits will be issued for incorrect fees, which are
not reported within the 60-day window allowed.
