Scope of Responsibilities
At the IT annual meeting the Board of Directors will:
Approve the information technology strategic direction for the institution,
Approve both developmental and operational priorities for the next fiscal year,
Approve IT investment model to finance institutional priorities.

Throughout the year the Board of Directors will:
Review and comment on proposed IT policy and standards,
Provide guidance and feedback to the CIO,
Receive reports and briefings on IT operations from the CIO, and
Review and comment on major IT reports and publications.
Communicate IT initiatives to all organization
