Mission
As the most important communication channel, the mission of the Web Council is to define and guide overall strategy of the university Web content and portals. Specifically, to understand what the user needs are and to define the organization's goals for success.

• What do we want to get out of it?
• Our charge is to define goals by branding and using success metrics; also to understand user needs by assessing useability and market research.
