The School Leadership Institute is under the direction of Dr. Ronald A. Styron and Dr. David. E. Lee. All administrators, presenters and facilitators as well as Leadership Center Advisory Board members, are considered among the most successful and talented educational leaders in the country.

Ronald Styron, Ed.D., is also a member of The University of Mississippi’s Educational Leadership and Research Department. He has served as a United States Department of Education field grant reviewer, is a published author, and been responsible for the administration and implementation of several grants. He has twenty-five years experience as an administrator and teacher in public schools during which time he received numerous awards including selection to AcademicKeys Who’s Who in Education. He has been named Principal of the year by educational and civic organizations, and was honored as principal of National School of Excellence, Blue Ribbon School. Dr. Styron’s extensive experience and achievements as a building level administrator make him a highly valued seminar and workshop leader by school districts. |

David E. Lee, Ed.D., is a member of The University of Southern Mississippi’s Educational Leadership and Research Department. With more than thirty years experieance as an educator, he has served as a teacher, coach, principal at all grade levels, superintendent of schools, Deputy State Superintendent, and is presently a school board member. He has published a book and completed a cassette series on motivational leadership, and is currently completing his second book with world-renown researcher Dr. Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. Because of his successful years as a motivating administrator, Dr. Lee is in high demand as a consultant, workshop leader and motivational speaker across the country. |
