The School Leadership Institute will be a comprehensive leadership development program designed specifically to assist educators in their preparation for executive leadership positions. Participants in the program will emerge with the potential to lead in the most challenging and competitive educational systems in the country.
They will have developed a strong understanding of the executive position responsibilities and the skills necessary to effectively execute them. Participants will develop new management strategies that will enable them to effectively and creatively lead a large staff, build community support, and work with governing boards in building strong and beneficial relationships. They will be fully prepared to be outstanding and inspirational leaders.
Through practitioner experience and continuous research, we understand the unique role of today’s educational administrator. We know the qualities and skills necessary for success. All Leadership Institute associates will be outstanding presenters and facilitators as well as educational leaders with years of proven success.
The School Leadership Institute shall facilitate school and student improvement from within, through the development of leadership based on academic insight, reflective practice, and collegial support.
