Reviewers
Guiding Others in Action maintains a database of reviewers from which reviewers are selected for adhoc blind review. Reviewers are drawn from the larger education community and the database is comprised of professors and practitioners from all level of academic and field experience.
How to Register to Review for Current Issues in Education?
If you are interested in reviewing for Guiding Others in Action , please email Dr. Ronald A. Styron, Jr. at ronald.styron@usm.edu . You should list your name, college, school, or school system, mailing address, phone number, and how many manuscripts you could review per issue (3 issues per year).
As a reviewer, you may choose to review as many manuscripts as you wish. We request that you review a minimum of two manuscripts per issue and return within three weeks your recommendations on each that you review. Normally, all correspondence with authors, reviewers, and editors are conducted using electronic mail. Guidelines for reviews will posted on the submission page.
The Review Process
Each submission is reviewed by the editor and the GOIA editorial board to determine if the submission is appropriate for the journal prior to the blind peer-review.
