The official journal of the Leadership Institute, "Guiding Others in Action" will be posted quarterly. This journal will address K-12 school leadership issues. Those interested in submitting manuscripts should follow APA style (5th edition). Submissions may be both research and practitioner based. The length of submissions should be 1,000 words for practitiner-based and 1,500-2,000 words for research-based manuscripts. An abstract should accompany all manuscripts along with a brief author biography. Submissions should be made electronically using Microsoft Word. Submissions will be acknowledge upon receipt. Posting decisions will be made in 6-8 weeks. Please contact Dr. Styron for additional information.
