"I am glad that the Learning Enhancement Center (LEC) has taken the initiative to create and host the LEC conference.
It is nice to be able to share what I am working on in my classes with other Southern Miss faculty and staff, and
to learn about their ideas. Beyond this, the conference is exciting because of the diverse group of educators
it attracts. Attendees include grad students, faculty and staff from local community colleges, and K-12 teachers.

The Learning Enhancement Center at The University of Southern Mississippi is hosting the third annual LEC Connects conference. The conference will feature resources to connect faculty to innovative teaching strategies by allowing faculty members to experience, communicate and collaborate with others while exploring effective teaching and learning strategies.

This one-day conference will include lunch and snacks. It is also free of charge to all those who participate.
