Faculty & Student Support
At the Learning Enhancement Center, we offer training workshops and resources to support both online and traditional courses. We are also available for exam proctoring, instructional design assistance, and classroom technology support.
Faculty & Student Development
Our knowledgable staff is available to assist faculty in online course and program development, and to provide students with unique learning opportunities and environments through the Student Think Center. We also host periodic events like LEC Connects, New Faculty Workshops, and offer various other training events and services to introduce emerging educational technologies.
Eagle Learning Online
The Learning Enhancement Center provides extensive training, support, promotion and continual advancement of Distance Education at the University of Southern Mississippi through Eagle Learning Online.
USM Student Think Center
The Student Think Center project, funded under the Title III Part A Strengthening Institutions Program, seeks to enrich the student experience and encourage student engagement in learning. Using a design thinking model, the Think Center works with undergraduate students to help them understand their individual cognitive processes and to facilitate exploration of potential learning solutions.
