Statement of Agreement

In order to submit your proposal below, you must check each checkbox to indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions.

To complete the work for a program launch in fall 2011.

Use the University course management system, which is Blackboard 9.1, for all courses in the program.

Employ a program template for all courses designed that will give each course a standard look and feel and will add learner coherence to each course.

Follow recommended standards for course quality and design for all courses developed for this program.

Deliver courses completely online and use proctored tests that meet the definition for online delivery.

Agree to work with LEC on the course(s) to establish a means for student orientation to the online program.

Comply with recommendations for all course(s)/programs accessibility as defined by Federal Section 508 standards.

Teach and develop online courses that require all faculty to fully complete e-learning development through LEC.
