What are Online Courses?
Online courses are courses designed to be offered via the Internet. They have been approved by the University Academic Council or Graduate Council and are as rigorous in content as courses offered in the traditional classroom environment. Online courses require the same commitment of time and energy as classroom courses. Interactivity with the instructor is designed into an online course through the use of chat rooms, newsgroups and email, at the instructor’s discretion. Our courses are designed using Web Course Tools (Blackboard).
