Human Resource In-Processing Information

Information about In-Processing with Human
Resources @ Southern Miss Hattiesburg

All new Hattiesburg faculty members will need to visit Human Resources to complete forms necessary for employment. Such topics as insurance enrollment and other benefits will be discussed during the in-processing sessions. Letters with more information about these topics and employment at Southern Miss will be mailed to all new faculty members by Human Resources.

In-processing sessions with the Department of Human Resources will be held in the Human Resources Conference Room, Room 309 in McLemore Hall during the dates and times listed below:

Tuesday, July 28, 2009, 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Thursday, July 30, 2009 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Thursday, August 6, 2009, 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Tuesday, August 11, 2009, 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Thursday, August 13, 2009, 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Information about In-Processing with Human
Resources @ Southern Miss Gulf Coast

All new Gulf Coast faculty members will need to attend a Human Resources orientation to complete forms necessary for employment on Tuesday, August 18, 2009 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in rooms 103 and 104 AEC (lunch will be included). Such topics as insurance enrollment and other benefits will be discussed during the in-processing orientation, as well as, a brief overview from the Gulf Coast Management Team.
