Sherry Finneran

Sherry is the Coordinator of the Interactive Video Network (IVN) with the Learning Enhancement Center. Sherry earned her Master of Library and Information Science degree from Southern Miss, as well as her undergraduate degree in Sociology.

She has been a staff member of the University since 1994. She began working with the Learning Enhancement Center in January 2006. She has worked with interactive video since its beginning in 1994, serving as IVN Assistant prior to taking the Coordinator position where she supports staff and students using the interactive classroom environment. She is responsible for all instructor training, scheduling, and technical support.

Sherry is member of Beta Phi Mu, International Library and Information Studies Honor Society and the Mississippi Interactive Video Network (MIVN). She was a member of the VTEL User’s Group Association from 1998 – 2003, serving on the board from 2001-2003. She is a member of the Social Services Committee at St. Thomas and is member of the fund raising committee with the Southern Pines Animal Shelter.
