Continuity programs are the events that bring Teacher Consultants back together after the Invitational Summer Institute. They provide on-going professional development for members and help them sustain the professionalism they perfected during their ISI.
Many things make up continuity: leadership training, site planning, teacher research, program development, book studies, writing groups, participation in Mississippi Writing/Thinking Institute and National Writing Project programs, young writers' camps....and the list goes on.
Elaine White and Sarah Bailey (Co-Director of Continuity) look over plans.
